Connect your Canvas

Canvas Copilot reads your courses, assignments, and grades — nothing else. We can't see your password, send messages as you, or change anything in Canvas. You can revoke this in one click from Canvas anytime.

Get your access token (about a minute):

1. Open Canvas and sign in as usual.
2. Click Account (your picture, top left) → Settings.
3. Scroll to Approved Integrations and click + New Access Token.
4. Purpose: type Canvas Copilot. Leave the expiry blank, or pick an end of semester.
5. Click Generate Token and copy it — Canvas shows it only once.

What this connects: your courses, assignments and due dates, files and materials, modules, submissions, grades, and announcements — read-only, nothing else.

No account server configured — sync and the AI proxy arrive with it. (Dev: set CC_SERVER_URL.)
